You must not pay or attempt to pay for any of our services through any fraudulent or unlawful means. If your payment is not able to process successfully or if we suspect that it has been paid using any fraudulent or unlawful means, we may cancel the order.
REFUND POLICY
All transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you choose to cancel the service, you will receive a credit for that amount . This credit can be applied towards any of our services. Please keep in mind that any modifications to your initial service may be subjected to an additional charge. When you are ready to utilize your credit, please reach out by phone call (689-258-8950) or email (crystalclearmobiletesting@gmail.com) and we will go over the information that is needed to proceed.
LOCATIONS
We service all throughout the United States. Based on the zip code you provide; we are able to search for a testing location within a 25 mile radius. However, since certain areas can be remote, we may not be able to locate a facility within that range. If this is the case, a Crystal Clear Representative will reach out to advise you of alternate options before charging your card.
